Software and Script Support, License, & Agreement

Welcome to AKS Entertainment (AKS Internet Services) (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). This document outlines the terms of support, customization, licensing, and agreement for our software and scripts.

1. Support Coverage

  • We provide technical support for software and scripts developed and distributed by AKS Entertainment.
  • Support includes bug fixes, troubleshooting, and basic guidance on software usage.
  • Assistance is provided through email or a designated support portal.

2. Free Support Period

  • Each purchase includes six months of free support from the date of purchase.
  • During this period, users can request assistance for issues related to the software or script.

3. Paid Support and Customization

  • After the initial free period, continued support and customization services are available for INR 6,000 per six months.
  • Customization requests beyond standard support may require additional charges, which will be quoted separately.

4. Payment and Renewal

  • Payments must be made in advance to continue receiving support after the free period.
  • Failure to renew support may result in the suspension of support services.

5. Support Limitations

  • Support does not cover third-party integrations, external modifications, or issues caused by unauthorized changes to the software.
  • We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party plugins, systems, or hosting environments.
  • Users must ensure that their hosting and server environments meet the required specifications for software performance.

6. License Information

  • All software and scripts are licensed, not sold.
  • Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software as per the agreed terms.
  • Redistribution, resale, or modification of our software without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
  • Each license is valid for a single domain or project unless stated otherwise in the agreement.
  • Violation of licensing terms may result in termination of support and legal action.

7. Software & Script Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, or using our software/scripts, you agree to the following terms:

7.1 Ownership

  • AKS Entertainment retains full ownership and intellectual property rights over all software and scripts.
  • Purchasing a license grants users permission to use the software but does not transfer ownership.

7.2 Permitted Use

  • The software may only be used for legal purposes.
  • Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute the software without prior written consent.
  • The software can only be installed and used on the specified number of domains/projects as per the license agreement.

7.3 Restrictions

  • Users may not sublicense, rent, or lease the software to any third party.
  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of the software may result in immediate termination of the license and legal consequences.

7.4 Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

  • The software is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • AKS Entertainment is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
  • We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7.5 Agreement Termination

  • This agreement remains in effect until terminated.
  • Violation of any terms may result in immediate termination of the license and support.
  • Users must delete all copies of the software upon termination of the agreement.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of our software, we do not offer refunds once a license or service is purchased.
  • Cancellations of support services can be made before the renewal date, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused support periods.

9. Termination of Service

  • We reserve the right to terminate support services for users who violate these policies.
  • Users found engaging in fraudulent activity, software redistribution, or breach of license terms will have their support and license revoked immediately.
